Installation -- Continued
27. Apply a small amount of lubricant (item 12, WP 0100 00) to threads of 24 bolts (42).
28. Install 12 remaining fairlead halves (45), 12 retaining straps (44), 24 bolts (42), and 24 new self--locking nuts (43),
(DETAIL I) onto spacer plates (46).
29. Tighten 24 bolts (42) to 160--180 lb--in (18--20 NSm).
